Is coffee good for cardiovascular? Lung Chan, a neurology physician at Shuang-Ho Hospital in Taiwan, and his team conducted statistics and analysis on seven international documents. The results showed that coffee drinkers have a lower risk of stroke; compared to non-coffee drinkers, coffee drinkers The risk of stroke was reduced by 8%. The research team first collected 130 international documents and selected 7 studies for comprehensive analysis. Seven studies were included, and all of them were large-scale, long-term, follow-up cohort studies of a healthy population.
